The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. Her mother is an agent and her father is a civil engineer. Walker was educated in the Germantown Friends School (Germantown area) in Philadelphia and graduated in 1994. In 1998, Walker earned a bachelor's of arts qualification from Harvard College. Welker and John Hughes, a famous marketing director for Merck Philadelphia who is married to two kids together. In 2014 the couple began to engage in an affair. John her husband, is 4 years younger than her. It was going great, so they decided to keep their friendship going. On March 4th 2017 the couple got married.
