
Brooke Vincent, born in Manchester on June 22, 1992. She decided to be an actress as young as seven after becoming bored of classes in dance and swimming. So she joined Laine Management. She first appeared on television in 2002 when she played Casey Glass, in League of Gentleman. When Emma Woodward, the previous actress in Coronation Street decided to leave it, Brooke was invited to audition to play Sophie Webster. Brooke was cast in the part and appeared for her debut on May 12, the 12th of May, 2004. Brooke attended Fairfield High School for Girls as well as later going to study drama at college in Manchester. Brooke does a job on weekends as a hairdresser working in an area salon, and also plays part on Coronation Street. On a 2009 interview with This Morning, Brooke said that she enjoyed her weekend job, but was not allowed to take calls because she has a common voice!
